Ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan: administrative and legal aspects
Ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety is one of the important research issues within the framework of animal law. The effectiveness depends on the state of veterinary and sanitary safety:
1
fighting against epizootics
2
preventing the death of farm animals
3
prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, etc
In addition, an appropriate level of veterinary and sanitary safety makes it possible to ensure the stability of agriculture as a component of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to guarantee the participation of national business entities in international trade in livestock products.

Taking into account the above, there is a need to develop a comprehensive legal regulation of veterinary and sanitary safety.

Within the framework of the project, the following tasks will be solved:
1
to identify the main problems of legal regulation of veterinary and sanitary safety and ways to resolve them
2
economic development of the regions where hunting tourism is carried out
