Legal regulation of the use of animals for cultural and entertainment purposes in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Since ancient times, animals have been used by people for cultural and entertainment purposes (gladiator fights with lions, dogfights, circus performances with animals, etc.). At the same time, the public's views on the permissibility of such events are very diverse, which confirms the need to find answers to the most controversial questions. This task can be obviously solved, including on the basis of legal standards.
Within the framework of the project, the following tasks will be solved:
1
to analyze the current national regulatory legal acts
2
to study international experience and the best world practices
3
to develop recommendations aimed at improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The project's author: Ildybayev Adilkhan, MNU Master's degree student.
